I still urge you to travel, though, so that you can see for yourself what's actually going on in the world.

Watching YouTube clips, or the Channel 7 "News", or reading Yadda's posts on here doesn't give you a true picture of what' the world is really like.

I hadn't been to London for many years, and I was expecting it to be quite different.

I was genuinely surprised when I went back last month - there were pale white pommies everywhere.

Australia's Muslim immigration rate is a small minority compared to the total rate of migration. They are a minority, a small, minority of the total population and will remain a small minority. Many have come here, like most migrants, seeking a safe place where they and their children can prosper, where they can live in religious freedom, safe from the loonies they have encountered overseas in their old homelands. Not at all - I'm merely pointing out that if only one in twenty or twenty-five is a terrorist or a terrorist supporter or advocate or facilitator - the easiest thing is to not fill the swamp any deeper than it already is until it is cleared of the filth, the leeches and the alligators.

I'm not trying to paint all Muslims as anything... they do have religious freedom, the right to vote, stand for election to public office, right of peaceful assembly (and some), are not restricted from educational opportunities or jobs, are not restricted from any profession, are not tattooed and/or forced to wear insignia specifying their Untermenschen status, and the right not to be forced into marriage (if they are allowed it - think about it), no gangs of others go around attacking and threatening them without cause, and so on and so forth .... but please ... do go on...

I just like poking a stick at the Islamophiles, Abophiles, Homophiles (who said that?) etc and the apologists when they play up..... sometimes they come up with such garbage that I can't resist.... it's me nature, as the scorpion said to the frog...

No ... not a chance .... they integrated into Australian society.

As for Indo-Chinese .... we already had descendants of Chinese here from the gold rush days ....

many of which integrated into our society ...far nth qld & the nthn territory & nthrn WA is full of them.

However I do have a problem with large chunks of Australian agricultural land, infrastructure and residential properties being sold off to Chinese nationals.

As for Indo-Chinese .... we already had descendants of Chinese here from the gold rush days ....

many of which integrated into our society ...far nth qld & the nthn territory & nthrn WA is full of them.

However I do have a problem with large chunks of Australian agricultural land, infrastructure and residential properties being sold off to Chinese nationals.

Hear, hear.... I may have a Chinese ancestor myself... accounts for the lovely olive skin and the wise eyes with the slight fold... but I'm not happy with selling off anything to Communist China, a nation clearly bent on its idea of global hegemony...

Stoopid is as stoopid does, and when our politicians and 'business' pirates want 'investment' - they don't give one damn if that investment is IN this nation or simply in order to rip off this nation. They just think it's a good thing no matter how disastrous in the short and long term .....

Many politicians and public servants are bought off with a contract to deliver to them a nice retirer in huge salary and perks for life for selling out this nation... and yet none call it corrupt...

Europe is suffering a Muslim Invasion of millions... Australia is suffering an Asian Invasion of thousands... too many of whom are from countries with not our best interests in mind. Control of the Port of Darwin shuts the gate on supplies to air and US Marine facilities in The Terr'uh'tree, at the whim of its Chinese Communist 'owners'... YTF would any government do that to itself and its allies?

Are the US and the Communist Chinese going to suddenly become best mates - given that the US now owes China trilions of dollars borrowed to kill Arabs and Persians.... and *CChina could collapse the US dollar overnight by calling in the debts..... what kind of idiot (apart from George Dubbyah) would sign up to such a deal?

*to differentiate between Mainland China and Other Chinese - CChina is Communist China.... maybe Chinca.... over to the board....

Why? I haven't noticed any reports of missing land or infrastructure, so it's obvious they haven't been tucking them into their back pockets and taking them back to China with them. You do realise that comment was first made by Sir Joh, back in the 1980s, about Japanese investors? He was right. We need their money, they can't take the land or structures away. What are you frightened of with the Chinese as compared to the Japanese, the Koreans, the Americans, the British? They are all previous big investors in Australian land and infrastructure.
