how can you talk about the WHOLE...even State politics is split up..

why not call this

Home and Garden content...

where you can talk about anything that applies to the Plantation...

I mean everymans castle is different... for some its just  a balcony..

glad you agree   why would someone living in WA want to talk about the value of land over there..

like most things real estate  its either  hot and cold..

maybe the new mod can do something different...

Perhaps Monk might come in and delete all the posts and then hand it over to Aussie to create a new freedivers dumping ground!

Because you are a 'politicalised' Australian (Westerner).
Where, via Politics the 'Whole' (Federal) is priority of importance over the States.
In fact, politically - Australia is still in servitude to the international community (Multi-culturalism) and 'domestic' issues are of no importance.

...like those 'Criminal' Aussies doing Farming who should shut up, work harder and pay taxes to be sent to Indonesian educational system.
Nothing better than seeing 'Criminals' (Murderers, Child abusers, Thieves, Rapists, Arsonists, Killers, etc, etc) - being put to work!  Cool

real estate... is owned by the govt and controlled by the govt..... the govt can have a say in everything you do with your real estate......and its mainly the State Govts.... who1 just to wield their might..

have differing rules and regulations... Angry

it serves their purpose.
