EMMA Husar, a Sydney MP under investigation over allegations of staff bullying and misusing public funds, has lashed out at claims she flashed a fellow Labor MP.
In a letter dated May 17, numerous staff allege Ms Husar sexually harassed them and intentionally exposed herself in front of another politician.
The 20-page letter was sent by lawyer John Joseph Whelan, who was approached by a number of Ms Husar’s staff in regards to her alleged behaviour.
The redacted letter, obtained by Buzzfeed, included one former staffer claiming he witnessed Ms Husar perform a move made famous by actor Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct.
The staffer alleged that on the night of June 19, 2017, while they were in fellow MP Jason Clare’s office, Ms Husar deliberately showed she wasn’t wearing underpants.
“Mr Clare was sitting on the floor playing with his son. (Redacted) alleged that he was sitting opposite you and that on three occasions you spread your legs, revealing that you were not wearing any underwear,” the letter said.
“(Redacted) felt that your conduct was deliberate, proactive and targeted towards Mr Clare.”
  Huh

Mr Clare has said the allegations that Husar behaved inappropriately towards him were “categorically untrue”.

Rubbish Mr Clare is covering up,  the dummies telegraph said he saw some Minge,  so Minge he did see

Post the evidence then. A post where Mr Clare denies seeing the flash. I'll happily concede.

Labor MP Jason Clare refutes claim that under-fire colleague provocatively crossed her legs in front of him

A statement from him would be handy. That's some journalists opinion.

There is aso this tweet from Chris Uhlmann.

Can the staffer's?

You are willing to believe them, why can't you believe Clare said it never happened?

The level of schmedia feeding frenzy is quite bizarre, and even among journalists, is attracting criticism.

There is more than one victim here. The Mechanic has given Bobby the Bat a crotch shot and changed Bobby the Bat into Sir Bobby the obeisant sycophant.

Bobby has been knighted just with the sight of a pork sword which is seared into his mind like a hot brand.

Isn't it telling how ABSOLUTELY NO LEFTIES whatsoever have condemned Husar's bad behaviour here. When it was about Bronwyn or Joyce they were shouting from the rooftops.

Difference being.....here Husar denies the allegations.  Bronwyn Bishop and Joyce did not.  They admitted and were dealt with as a consequence.

She denied using taxpayer money to travel to see her divorce lawyer and to an Ed Sheeran concert?

EMBATTLED Labor MP Emma Husar locked in a meeting with a charity in Brisbane only one day before the Bruno Mars concert that she attended using taxpayer funded-flights and accommodation.

RORTING of travel expenses goes on FAR too often - on BOTH sides of politics - due to too many grey areas in the rules

Who could forget Tony Abbott taking a tax-payer funded flights to get to a book signing, in Tasmania ?

Or Susan Ley's tax-payer funded flights to seal the deal on the purchase of a couple of Gold Coast apartments ?

Not forgetting Barnaby Joyce's tax-payer funded return flights to make it to the AFL Grand Final ?

Bronwyn Bishop - needs no more comment

The trick is to instruct your staff to
"find me a ribbon to cut"
on the same day - "just so I'm covered"

They EVENTUALLY "fessed up" - once all the evidence was on the table and quite unequivocal
I don't recall EITHER of them paying back their rorting, in FULL

totally agree.....its widespread.....

and its shocking that it is still going on..

it is and should be referred to as THEFT

call it what it is???..

rorting can mean anything...

if a shoe salesman did that he would be sacked on the spot....

these good folks are given  an option..

EMMA Husar is determined to fight the allegations of bullying levelled against her and is resisting pressure from senior Labor figures to step aside.

NSW Labor is moving to disendorse Ms Husar as the candidate for Lindsay in Penrith but party figures would prefer Ms Husar to announce independently that she will not recontest the election.

ok I know she hasnt been found guilty..

but she has had trouble in the officefor over 12 months......if this was a school teacher they would be stood down....immediately.....no ifs or buts..

we need to send a stronger message to anyone who thinks they are above the law....

and this is what she is facing....bullying  is against govt policy for all parties....

we should all be on the same page over this.....
