Luffman was also involved with making threats to other politicians, but their identities have not been revealed.

Paul mentioned the threats during a speaking event in Litchfield, Kentucky, on Monday.

“Capitol Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who threatened to kill me and chop up my family with an axe,” Paul said. “It’s just horrendous that we have to deal with things like this.”

Luffman has been charged with a single count of retaliating against a federal official by way of threats, which carries a maximum of ten years in prison.

The news comes shortly after federal prosecutors announced that they have appealed the 30-day sentence of Paul’s neighbor who attacked him last year and broke several of his ribs. U.S. Special Attorney Bradley Shepard filed the motion to appeal Rene Boucher’s sentence for the vicious assault to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday. Prosecutors had been seeking a 21-month sentence.

Maxine Waters and her team should also be charged for inciting these nutcases... if you can even tell the difference between them and the DNC...
