Perhaps we could get extreme in elder abuse, in extreme? We could post about all those old ladies hitting the accelerator rather than the brake and driving into shops etc?

I've seen old women driving, well not driving per se, but parked and it takes them 10 minutes to exit the vehicle. No I don't help them, I've been tempted but if you can drive, you can get out and walk. A danger to society.

My wife thinks it'd be cool to have one, I keep telling her its the acceptance of death. You will no longer exercise, you will become reliant on batteries rather than your legs, you will lose all weight bearing, you will become a jellyfish. So I won't let her have one. Walk ya c\/nt. Perhaps I'm too strict.

Not really though, she knows why I wont let her have one, its capitulation to a premature death.

for whats its worth I agree with you- important to stay active- I mean who hasnt fantasised about some moped action- a spin around town in the latest model already but must resist the allure of that passion wagon lol

There are some that I know can walk but they don't- and i feel like having a chat with them about that - }anyway they have made their decision- and only they know why could be painful to walk { knees etc}
