So true. I always 'reverse' park, mainly because I only have a parking space behind me, not another car backing out or driving past.
I've seen so many 'bingles' of cars 'backing' out of their car spaces. I was driving taxi and at a stop in a carpark waiting for the cars ahead to move on, when a lady just 'reversed' out of her park space into the side of the cab. I guess people just don't have eyes in the back of their heads. Roll Eyes

I would say people are just mentally lazy and in a rush, just driving forward into a park space and not caring how much harder it is to back out of it again later.
