That's rare. It's usually a male that gets into that manic predatory behaviour. She's obviously got mental health issues or maybe she's on ice or something similar. Her eyes don't look right.

I feel sorry for the victim. He might be able to get a protective order against her, but like any female victim, nothing will be done about this woman until she causes him harm.
