it'ld be easier.

A gm can delete the whole site like Monk deleted Fermentations, if he was a total dick. That's why it won't be by vote and someone FD is sure would not do that.

Edit: On the other hand he has backups and could restore previous to the damage done but for some reason he chose not to restore Fermentations.
