Interesting story -

my Grandfather was a lawyer -
he only ever had one murder case to defend and
he got his client declared not guilty by "reason of insanity" -

however his client still got locked up forever in
an asylum because he was considered too dangerous to release.

So...a Doctor who is on duty at a Hospital recognises that a person charged with some sex offence can ethically refuse to treat him because he is so charged?

Practicising 'Law' is not labour. It is a profession with an established ethical protocol.
