in continuing to contribute to the profits of a management I have no respect for anymore.

you contributed your thoughts and then , hopefully , you would have been engaged by other individuals who wishes to thrash out their ideas in a collaborative way.
in this way, you are able to burn off the dead wood in your own ideas and new thought patterns emerge.
this is the story of death and rebirth.
it is how we grow.

unfortunately some people, some of those who chased after you are 95 % deadwood.

i wont name names they know who they are.

and people whose whole persona is based on deceit and lies and malevolence cant afford to go on this journey of growth.

because they are 95 % deadwood, if they try to burn off the deceit and lies and false pre suppositions of their belief system, they arent reborn stronger and smarter, they would actually die. Wink

so you can never have a collaborrative , authentic , character building interaction with these people.
its never going to happen.

they can still serve a function though.

when you look at dysfunctional people long enough, you can see all the mistakes they are making.
and if you study long enough "what not to do", thats akin to learning "what you should do".

so the trolls and liars dont bother me much .
i use them as the emotional juice to fuel an upward spiral.

think of it like you are an elite athlete out for a training run and you see 10 fatties chowing down at a maccas. that just makes me want to train harder.

and when i encounter trolls, that just makes me want to be even more of a quality and superior man.

they then serve YOU.

interacting with them now keeps you on the "narrow road to success" Wink
