https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/police-consider-penalty-against-grand...So a grandma has a vicious Rotty that needs to be tied up ?
Why ?
Dogs are not native to Australia
so for sure we could easily ban certain breeds. Any dog bred for fighting should be banded from the general public. I would allow scope for killer dogs in policing and security. Why parents think big vicious dogs and kids are a good mix is beyond me.
Maybe they need the laws to be changed so people like her in the future can be done for manslaughter !
The whole problem is not the dog or the dog breed ..... it's irresponsible owners.
No dogs in Australia are "bred" to fight.
Some are better suited for that but any breed of dog can be conditioned to fight.
And that's what happens .... unscrupulous & irresponsible owners condition dogs to do that.
