I bought their fraudulent tablets for migraine - with zero beneficial results.
I'm registering as a victim of their fraud, and I suggest the rest of you do also.
link Who wouldn't read the ingredients on the label?
Oh. Sorry, Herb.
A moot point, but these products were on the shelves of tens of thousands of pharmacies across the world, with tens of thousands of chemists and their assistants acting as agents to ensure their customers were not being diddled.
In order to make the comparisons, customers would have to start handling other Nurofen packets on the shelves.
The company got caught profiting from a massive fraud involving pains suffered by millions of people, and as such there should be extensive jailings of the principal players.
I genuinely feel sorry for you Herbie, having to endure migraines. Terrible,
terrible things.
However, didn't you ever think to yourself "
How does the drug know where my pain is?".
When I first saw those products hit the shelves, that's exactly what I asked myself and my answer was "
It can't!".
I checked the ingredients on the boxes, and sure enough, they were all exactly the same.
It's the same with generic drugs.
You can buy Panadol in Woolworths for $4, or buy the generic brand for 70 cents.
They both have 20 tablets, each containing 500mg of paracetamol.
Why would anyone pay $4?
I've never understood that.
