Have selected every single tree, have plotted them all on a plan of my block.

Took a looong time. Twelve cider apple trees:

Four Yarlington Mill, probably the best British cider apple, bittersweet

Two Dabinett, two more good British bittersweets

Two King David, cross of Jonathon and a winesap  or Black Arkansas, vinous flavor, spicy–sharp. Can some of the juice for drinking I reckon, delicious.

Another bittersweet and two bittersharps.

10 dwarf perry pears

5 cherry trees.

Be good. Once settled in will have chooks, vege patch, some decorative trees including crab apple in the front yard.

I can imagine sitting in my conservatory, sipping some cider or perry, looking at a hue mass of blossoming fruit trees while pizza cooks in my brick woodfired oven.
