another beautiful sad story

TRENT Hodkinson, take a bow.

The Newcastle Knights playmaker may not have had the greatest season, having been dropped from first grade for a large part of the year, but he has easily won the feel-good story of 2017.

On Wednesday night, Hodkinson escorted Hannah, a massive Knights fan, to her school formal.

Her school, Kurri Kurri High, brought the formal forward from the end of the year to the middle of July because Hannah has terminal Ewing sarcoma — a cancer found in the bones or soft tissue.
The NRL star rode in the back seat with Hannah on the way to the formal, held her hand as she walked in and even cut a cake at the event in front of everyone else in her year.

Scandal is never too far from rugby league, so it’s worth noting the great things the code does.

As we say, Trent, take a bow.

so cruel such a beautiful smile...

puts all  my woes into perspective....

Great story Cods-and Trent did a beatiful thing didnt he- she looked gorgeous in her dress and made an elegant entrance with Trent on her arm- how happy she must have been considering her circumstances because her smile lights up her whole face-  really makes you think how lucky we are to be healthy

horrifying isnt it to be told you have an incurable disease

it doesnt seem right does it some  so young

I would have been so happy to pay $7 a doctors visit to help find a cure for all these awful diseases...but it wasnt meant to be   now it all relies on donations...really really sad... because I could have been helping a lot more...I go to the doctor if not once a month every two months....I am like a fixture...lolol..
