Where's Global Warming when we need it ?

With Global Cooling causing bitter cold in Australia and CLEXIT all the rage where is Global Warming when we need it ?

Of course the lying hypocrite Greenies will say cold is Weather and hot is Climate Heating.

...
Brrr!  Holy Moses it's cold!!!!!

Snow, plummeting temperatures, hail and ‘unbelievably severe frost’ on the way
Benedict Brook news.com.au JUNE 29, 20176:31AM

IT’S about to get bitter, with a blast of polar air bringing snow, hail and “unbelievably severe frost” to Australia as we head towards a chilly weekend.

Sky News weather frost forecast for Saturday morning shows ‘severe’ frost across much of the south east.

RUG up Australia — it’s about to get chilly. Meteorologists are predicting “extreme winter weather” and bitterly cold temperatures this weekend.

Showers, hail, thunderstorms and deep snow could strike parts of Tasmania, Victoria and South Australia. Canberrans should brace themselves for a snap even colder than usual and “unbelievably severe frost” will work its way across much of inland NSW and even up to Queensland.

The warning comes as a series of cold fronts sweep across the Great Australian Bight towards the country’s south east.
“Extreme winter weather is heading towards southern Australia later this week,” Sky News Weather meteorologist Tom Saunders said on Wednesday.

Siberia is at 40°C.

India has a heatwave that has killed 1400 people this northern hemisphere summer. China is suffering a heatwave that is killing their crops. Asphalt is melting from the heat in India:...

What we have is called winter. The BoM has found Australia and its surrounding waters have heated by 1°C since early 1900s.

"Some facts about Eastern Siberia:

1.            The region has the square area of about 7.28 million sq. km. That means that this Russian territory is only slightly smaller than Australia. "

That's only Eastern Siberia. Fancy someone saying the temperature of Darwin is Australia's temperature. Wink

And 1400 people died from heat exhaustion in India.

Most of the NH is at or near record heat this summer.

Leaving weak minded gullible Greenie insanity and returning to CLEXIT and COLD!!!!!!

Until sunspot activity increases in the sun Earth will continue to cool.

Just hope we don't descend into another ICE AGE!!!!!

Ice covered solar panels and frozen solid windymills will be as useful as a Greenie.

Now standby for the climatically confused Globally Warmed loonies to appear.

Freezing weekend on the cards for south-east Australia. NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and ACT are forecast to have temperatures well below zero, with ‘severe’ frosts and snow

A cold snap across Australia’s south-east coast will bring widespread frosts to large parts of New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania this weekend.

According to the Bureau of Meteorology, a cold front will bring subzero temperatures to more than three-quarters of New South Wales, “severe” frosts to northern Victoria and snow to western Tasmania.

A bureau forecaster for NSW, Andrew Haigh, described Saturday and Sunday as “probably among the coldest mornings we’ll get this winter”.

“We’ve got negative temperatures forecast a lot further west than they normally go,” he said. “We have very widespread frost. These are places that don’t often get negative temperatures overnight.”

Canberra is expected to hit -6C, Melbourne may reach a minimum of 2C, and parts of South Australia near the Victorian border will also dip below zero.

In Tasmania, the bureau and state police have issued warnings for ice- or snow-covered roads across large parts of the state.

In NSW, the bureau is forecasting minimums of -2C as far inland as Wilcannia, -5C in the northern tablelands and -6C in Cooma, closer to the east coast.

Haigh said temperatures on Sunday could rise slightly, but that frost could still persist from low ground temperatures.

“The temperature we forecast is measured two metres above the ground,” he said. “If that official temperature is two degrees, you can still have frost on the ground, especially in calm weather and not much wind. At the ground it still can be below zero.”

Despite this weekend’s frost, climate outlooks released by the bureau say this winter will be warmer than usual, with an 80% chance of higher than median temperatures in many parts of the country.

Dr Andrew Watkins, the bureau’s head of climate predictions, said there were “good odds” of increased temperatures and dry conditions from July to September.

“Over that three-month period, much of NSW, Victoria and South Australia will have increased odds of dry conditions – unfortunately including the Eyre and York peninsulas, where it is very dry already.

“There are similar odds of it being dry through south-west and western Australia, particularly the northern part of the cropping belt that hasn’t had much rain at all.”

On Thursday, the bureau said Victoria had recorded its driest June since the second world war, with only 11 millimetres of rainfall the entire month.

Watkins said the east coast could expect to see temperatures a degree above normal this year. “Around the Sydney region, you’re averaging just above 18C maximum around July, August and September, we’re expecting it to be about 18.5C or 19C.

“We’ll still get the odd cold front, the odd cold night. But in general we’re looking at warmer days, and generally drier nights.”

He said the bureau had reduced its El Niño watch to “inactive”. “Even though we have a bit of a dry outlook, El Niño is looking less on the cards than even a few months ago,” he said.

“Conditions in the Pacific Ocean have cooled down a bit. We were expecting to warm up. Luckily we’re not looking down the barrel of an El Niño.”

In Antarctic Tasmania it is snow and freezing blizzards as Global Cooling advances and CLEXIT is justified

Australia: Chilly Thursday for Tasmania
- By Ben Domensino, Weatherzone Posted by WW Forecast Team on Thu, 29/06/2017 - 13:00

...
In Antarctic Tasmania it is so cold it freezes your thingies off!!!!

A wintry blast will bring rain, hail, blustery winds and low level snow to Tasmania on Thursday.

A strong cold front will cause a band of showers to spread across the state from west to east during the day. Behind the front, cold and brisk southwesterly winds will drop temperatures and maintain showers in southern, western and central areas into the evening.

Air behind the front will be cold enough for snow to fall down to 200-300 metres above sea level tomorrow afternoon and evening. As a result, a road weather alert has been issued for dangerous driving conditions due to snow covered roads in parts of all western, central and southern districts.

This wintry air mass may also cause small hail and the odd thunderstorm in some parts of the state tomorrow.

While it will be cold enough for snow on elevated terrain near Hobart, Mount Wellington is likely to shield the city from most of the moisture behind the front, limiting the potential for snowfall.

It will remain cold in Tasmania on Friday, although lighter winds and drier conditions will return to the state under a high pressure ridge.

I lived through a summer that had an average of 35-degree celsius maximums for 2 or 3 months. The hottest days were in the 40+ degrees mark. We can have that sort of weather for over a week. The roads are not going to melt at that temperature. If there is a problem, then it DOES have a problem with what they use for roads. Rockhampton roads break up easily during the winter when the temperature difference is something like 20 degrees between day and night. Normally, we see a lot of road work during those winter nights, because it gives time for the road to set before the summer heat takes over and slightly melts the road. Slightly, as in, you won't see the roads melting into pot holes over a matter of hot days. Just need to worry about physical weathering of temperature changes during the winter.

If Sydney roads can handle hot weather without cracking up, I would suggest that it is the material they use for roads in India that is the problem. Because there would be a tonne of evidence pointing to hot weather causing streets cracking up. Perhaps the bigger problem is massive traffic congestion.
