But I also say US gun violence is predominantly white per capita.

Actually Blacks are 13% of the US population and black men commit 57% of the murders. Roughly half the black population is female and a fair percentage of males are either too old or too young to commit violent crimes. That give you about 4% of the US population commits "57%" of the murders. They mostly kill their own people and the Police generally can't find any witnesses afterward. Hispanics are a very passionate people and commit most of the other 43% of murders. White American criminals are usually thieves and cheats or perverts not murderers.

I don't do any of these things because I am frightened and what I carry isn't about fear, as the saying goes "I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it". I don't do business with any establishment that proudly displays any form of "No Guns Allowed" sign' I fully support their Right to restrict who they allow on their property and choose to go to a competitor for the same service.
Every time I leave home these are the things in my pockets or on my belt. An RFID blocking wallet with between $100 and $300 in folding money, a Debit card, two credit cards and two government issued forms of ID. I have about a dollar in loose change, a small AAA powered flashlight and Keys to my assorted things. I carry a Leatherman Multi-tool, a smartphone and a handgun of at least .38 caliber. If I were to leave one thing home it would be the Cell Phone!

Any day now the gun I bought off the Internet will be in. Contrary to the gun control fanatics claims it is being shipped to the Local Gun Store of my choosing and I will be required to be background checked and fill out the 4473 form.
