Lovely big chunk of beef, wingrib. Obviously been dry aged.

Simply gorgeous looking. The meat was a lovely garnet color with a nice cap of fat and well marbled. Not that dear at $65/kg. Didn’t have $65 left  Sad

It was English longhorn beef.

Definitely WILL buy some of that, 2kg joint probably, nice dinner party. Try my hand at Yorkshire puddings.
