In the mid to late 60's there was a brief period when the counter culture was ahead of the curve. The young people of the time were able to disseminate the propaganda that was designed to usher in support for the Vietnam War, allow the continuance of covert operations abroad etc. How did governments and big businesses respond? They just incorporated the counter culture.

When the masses aren't following your lead the elite have no other choice. The rich at just peasants without the weight of mass labour. You need to pull your head out of your ass.

The Wizard Of Oz explains it. The elite use smoke and mirrors to dupe the masses. When the masses stop believing the show the elite have to buckle to popular opinion. That's how it works muppet. All your blueblood mates will be licking Pauline Hanson's hairy red map of Tassie when she gets above 15%. It's either that or get her wacked.

This topic (and much more) is covered in this excellent podcast.

I listen to a lot of joe rogans podcasts but Jordan Petersons first appearance was the only one I listened to twice.  (The posted vid is his second appearance, and I'm only halfway through it).  His speaking is so information dense and his clarity of thought is excellent, making this an absolute must hear.

Yes. Jordan Peterson is very well informed. He's one speaker I will always listen to.

He is very good.

The Conservatives want to discuss things with you, the Progressives want to coerce and shut you up.

In a time of universal deceit — telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

No evidence whatsoever it can be attributed to George Orwell or Eric Arthur Blair (in fact the same guy)

Finished his 2nd podvast yesterday.

It wad all very good, the thing that stuck in my mind the most:

"We're living in a chaotic time, and in times of chaos, the truth is our sword and shield"

Paraphrased, but so very important now, when everything around us is so fake.

the problem is that you determine 'fake' as being information you dont like so your argument becomes worthless.

He also spent a while talking about getting your own house in order before trying to change the world.  He referenced the quote:

"why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye but don't notice the log in your own eye?"

Can you see how that might be applicable to yourself?

Its a Biblical quote and I know it very well.  That does not stop you being a gullible fool who swallows anything and everything Trump says ad does.
