The door is always open and to walk though it, at least in the context of this thread and rejoin the rest of us in the land of the real, all you would need to do is comment on Don Jr's admission of Russian Collusion within the Trump camp during the same election campaign where Trump asked Russia, very publicly to hack Clinton's email.

To my knowledge every time this is brought up you ignore it and go on to post and repost anything you can find that will distract away from this topic, again only strengthening my point.

Break the cycle, address it and let us know your thoughts on the now well documented and deliberate collusion by the Trump Camp with Russia during the election campaign designed to attack and smear his political opponent.

Taking action against this should be considered draining the swamp, but you pretend there is no issue.

Exposing Clinton = Draining the Swamp

Exposing Trump, well you don't do that so one has to draw the conclusion that at least in your eye, he can do no wrong which means your definition of draining the swamp or even what the swamp is made up of is nothing by hyper partisan political one-up-manship which has little to do with the facts and a lot to do with the spread of fake news.

You should be ashamed of yourself given your claimed feelings towards fake news, yet you haven't once attempted to correct the many instances of when you've been confronted and shown to be spreading lies and fake news, let alone all the other times where people just ignore you and leave alone in your silly little echo chamber.

Judicial Watch Releases New Hillary Clinton Email Admitting Blackberry Use ‘Against the Advice of the Security Hawks’

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today submitted new evidence to U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan showing that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton knowingly used an unsecure BlackBerry device despite being warned by “security hawks” against doing so.

The email record was obtained in response to a court order from a May 5, 2015, lawsuit filed against the State Department (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00684)) after it failed to respond to a March 18, 2015, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking: “All emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013 using a non-‘state.gov’ email address.”

The new document brings the known total to date to at least 433 emails that were not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department. These records further appear to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department.

The email was sent to Susan Kennedy, presumably former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s chief of staff. Kennedy wrote Clinton on March 7 2009 that “Just in case you are still allowed to carry your blackberry, your friends are watching with great pride.” Clinton responded on March 8, 2009:

Against the advice of the security hawks, I still do carry my berry but am prohibited from using it in my office, where I spend most of my time when I’m not on a plane or in a “no coverage” country.

The email, uncovered by Judicial Watch and written by Clinton, demonstrates that she reviewed or was at least informed about a March 6, 2009, Information Memo from Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security Eric J. Boswell to Ms. Mills in which he wrote that he “cannot stress too strongly, however, that any unclassified BlackBerry is highly vulnerable in any setting to remotely and covertly monitoring conversations, retrieving email, and exploiting calendars” [Emphasis added]

In a recent court filing pertaining to the currently pending motion to compel Clinton to answer interrogatory questions she refused to answer under oath Judicial Watch argues that interrogatory 14 is particularly important:

Interrogatory 14 seeks to uncover why Secretary Clinton continued using a personal BlackBerry to conduct State Department business after being advised of the risks in doing so. This interrogatory is pertinent because Secretary Clinton’s personal BlackBerry was an integral part of the operation of the clintonemail.com system, a subject squarely within the scope of discovery. It was how she accessed her email. Without her personal BlackBerry, there likely would have been no clintonemail.com system because the Secretary did not use a desktop or laptop and a State Department BlackBerry would have linked to an official “state.gov” email account.

The questions were submitted to her by Judicial Watch under a court order on August 19, 2016, in a separate lawsuit.

“Mrs. Clinton seemingly ignored the advice of ‘security hawks’ and violated numerous laws related to the handling of classified material and government documents,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The State Department sat on this document for 18 months. It is a smoking gun that shows why she must held accountable under criminal and civil law.”

Clinton refused outright to answer questions about the creation of her email system; her decision to use the system despite warning from State Department officials; and the basis for her claim that the State Department had “90-95%” of her emails.

In her responses sent to Judicial Watch and the court on October 13, 2016, Clinton refused to answer three questions and responded that she “does not recall” 20 times concerning her non-government clintonemail.com email system. She preceded her responses by eight “general objections” and two “objections to definitions.” The words “object” or “objection” appear 84 times throughout the 23-page document submitted to the court and Judicial Watch.

The Clinton responses to interrogatives were received in the Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, which was first filed in September 2013 seeking records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, former deputy chief of staff to Clinton (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about the clintonemail.com system.

Yes, Rich, they should. Hillary has been investigated twice by the FBI. Comey himself wrote a report addressing one of these investigations, stating that Hillary had not broken any laws. The FBI concluded that Hillary was technologically inept, and not unlawful.

So as far as I can see, this rich and powerful woman has been exonerated. It would be pointless investigating the same alleged misdeeds over and over again, particularly after two FBI investigations. Based on the FBI's own report, I see Hillary as innocent of the crime you allege.

Mr Trump, however, is far more rich and powerful. He's a billionaire. He's the president. His alleged misdeeds are currently under investigation. Far more serious than using a private server to send and receive government emails, Mr Trump is under investigation for colluding with a foreign government to steal his opponents' private information and sabotage a presidential election. There is no way any reasonable person would seek to minimise or ignore such an investigation and focus instead on the previously investigated crimes of someone who failed to become elected, but that's not your purpose.

Your purpose, as you state above, is to expose rich and powerful liberals. I assume you want rich and powerful reactionaries to be excused, and all your posts here indicate this. You seek to elevate Mr Trump to a position above the law. You do not want to see him investigated. You do not want to see any of his misdeeds exposed. You simply want to drain the swamp of those you call liberals.

This is okay and kool, but it's not how our laws are designed to work. Nor is it how reasonable people believe the rich and powerful should be treated. Reasonable people want the law applied to all, regardless of their wealth, power and political persuasion.

Usually, This is not how our system works, but the investigations into Hillary and now Mr Trump are an improvement on business as usual. Despite Mr Trump's attempts to shut the latter down, we are seeing the law work, and indeed, rich and powerful people being held to account. We are seeing, as it were, the draining of the swamp.

There is indeed evidence of the Trump campaign's collusion with the Russian government. We've been discussing this evidence all week. The dear one we know and love as the Light has been cutting and pasting Trump propaganda to show that Hillary's campaign colluded with a Ukrainian.

While there is no evidence of this, it highlights the tactics. Most importantly, it highlights Donald Trump Junior's own admission that meeting with the Russians was a stupid thing to do.
