I've always been around politics. Family and extended family are and have been politicians. Growing up I was familiar with politicians in my parents home. I was almost an insider.

So IMO the idea that there could be covert manipulative forces inside gov is very real. Secrecy is key to their plans and they will kill or jail any real threat.

You know, sometimes Trump is just a smacking moron?

Every spelling or grammatical error he makes isn't some hidden message that's part of his 4D chess, he's just a dumbarse with an international spotlight on him exposing how bad a student he was and how weak his written language skills are.

He makes the same errors as so many of his supporters on here. You guys aren't 4D chess players and neither is he.

But it is comical seeing the ways your fragile egos need to excuse Trump's stupidity as if it masks your own.

Targeted? Flynn was fired by Mr Trump for lying to the Vice Pres. Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.

Why? Flynn negotiated with the Russian government over sanctions before Mr Trump took office. Obviously, these were negotiations Mr Trump was involved in, but that's never been fully investigated.

When Mr Trump took office, he worked hard to get congress to repeal the sanctions. It was a majority Republican congress. Mr Trump failed to bring them round.

Imagine, a newly elected president elected with the support of a foreign power, doing that foreign power's bidding in the US government.

Like the Pres, Flynn had failed to disclose his status as a foreign agent. It was Republicans who were most vocal: Flynn had to go.
