Any investigation can be obstructed as was this one and obstructing justice is a crime in itself. The eventual outcome of the investigation is not relevant.

You're all starting from a point of wanting Trump to be innocent then working backwards from there, inventing excuses or employing bizarre interpretations of reality some that have been counter to those you've used to attack your opponents or those in politics, like Clinton, who you don't like.  You're not interested in finding the truth but instead shaping the truth.

Why?

You're happy to dismiss what would have undone any President before him and the lies... oh the lies.  The sort of whoppers he tells 5-10 times a day would be what Presidents before him would do 2-3 times an entire term.

The Mueller Report, what Barr did around it, the spin you lot put on it is madness, all because you want him to be innocent.

What is it about Trump that he'll get such blind devotion and unending support for?

He's a horrible person, an unimpressive businessman and lacks so much understanding and intelligence that he's barely able to fulfil the duties of his office.

Is it the racist things he says?  Or the old Grandpa language he uses or non-PC things he does or tweets?

How can someone so unworthy gain the respect and admiration of so many?

Investigations are done to get to the truth, sometimes that means there was no evidence of a crime, other times it uncovered the evidence and those who are guilty.

I think your problem is that you'd been so conditioned by the notion that Clinton was under investigation many times, especially around Benghazi and her emails, and since you've pre-judged her, she must have committed a crime because you want her to be guilty and therefore only guilty people are investigated.

Kudos to you for at least being consistent, to a point, and dragging that same thinking over to Trump.  He's been investigated, so there must be a crime.

But now you're stuck with the default position of, in your mind, Trump is innocent of everything always and forever, so there must not be a crime.

Therefore, there should be no investigation.  If there should be no investigation, than anything he did to obstruct that investigation should therefore also not be a crime.

The mental gymnastics at work are impressive but pointless.  Just live in the real world and let that form your opinions, not the other way around.

go right ahead and site any crime Trump has comitted..
