Yep... Starbucks is shyte.

I don't know which Americans were surprised ... but there are a lot that also know Starbucks is shyte.

What do you think losing 45% of the blood flow would do to your brain?

Like anything, everything in moderation.
I love a good cup of coffee, first thing in morning!
Then I’m right for the day. It’s the milk that’s important for me, and my rain tank water.
Milk I like to use is organic full cream.
None of this watered down crappy milk!

Gee so few pleasures in life!
I like one sugar in my coffee and Himalayan salt on food.
We probably could all do with less sugar and salt, but imagine hot chips without salt  Shocked
It would not be such a hot seller! The humble spud!

My old knee is playing up... bet the doc says I have to cut coffee.... but it's the diuretics for heart that are causing it... gets rid of the WATER content, but leaves concentrated other things... so maybe a bread and water diet for a fortnight or something.... jeez!!

Talk about a balancing trick - enough diuretic to keep fluid down but not so much that you wreck the filtering.... just warning yez all of the hard road ahead..... especially for you types already round - I'm the slim long build..... still got all the troubles.  Have to adjust medication back to half a tab and only the occasional extra half if the feet swell.

I figured all that out for myself, but here's a link:-

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/gout/expert-answers/diuretics-and...

Oh.... mothra.... tick, tock..... tick, tock....tick, tock..... first the hormonal malfunctions.... menopause.... tick, tock .... then the breast and other cancers... tick tock ... more women die of heart troubles (how come???) ... tick tock.... the dried up juices ...... loss of libido ... tick, tock.... and now this!!!  Tick tock.... tick, tock......... kinda makes you wish you'd signed up for transgender and had it all cut out long ago, eh?

Hope you're now regretting playing 'tick, tock' with your Elders and Betters, you vicious minded shallow water muddy bottomed bint filled with dead crabs and poisoned oysters after the rain.  With the stress of Housoville most likely all of those will leap upon you early...... wasting away down in Housolivingville....

Jesus - a water spout last night.... bloody hell... must be climate change......... never did like that suburb anyway...

I have one cup(a big one) in the morning everyday.

Full cream milk frothed, coffee beans ground fresh and put through the portafilter with a Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine.

Never drink that instant crap again if I can avoid it.

Graps I have to take a diuretic & as a result I was developing kidney stones on a regular basis.... Renal specialist put me on half a gout pill(Alopurinol) per day. Reduces the production of Uric Acid & so far haven't had a kidney stone for over 2 years.

This are the sort of stones you require.

They have Gloria Jean's coffee start in Australia some time back. I have yet to have a coffee from there. Although, I have yet to hear a bad word about the quality of their coffee. Being an American franchise, I would think that GJ would have eaten up Starbucks and buried them in the last decade.
