AGW is a pathetic psychosis by progressives who will never ever credit humanity for anything positive but blow everything out of proportion when it comes to their hateful regard for humanity.

In any case, humans, being a species of animal, are part of the biosystem, like bees, ants, algae, fir trees and all the other living things. Nothing humans do is 'unnatural'.

The progs have a problem with humans who do not think like them. That is the massive chip on their shoulders. The AGW lunacy is about an ideological assault on all who do not accept the ascendency of the progs. And they are livid about any opposition. Like the gays are about opposition to their treatment as if they were normal married couples.

And how do you explain then the increase in temperature which the world is currently experiencing, Soren? I'm surprised that a Trick Cyclist would even understand Climatology. I know I only understand it partially and that is because I have a ex-Brother-in-law who is a Climatologist.

Really? So, the use of Fossil Fuels is completely "natural", is it, Soren? I wasn't aware of any other animal in our biosphere who had mastered the ability to extract Fossil Fuels, refine them (where necessary) and create the machines to burn them. Have I missed some new discovery? Roll Eyes

It is not possible to reason with people who say there has been no effect from the amount of crap pumped into the sky over last 200 years.

And what's up with all these unnecessary imports that require shipping to pollute the sky? Heinz Ketchup from the Netherlands? Vegetables from South America? And I don't want out of season fruit that has to be trucked across the country.

Exactly right.

The Earth is clearly warming. The worlds receding glaciers are irrefutable evidence of that.

The only question is whether it is due to humans or due to natural variation.
The sun is stable, our orbit is stable and there are no other natural reasons evident for the warming.
However we do have 7 billion humans pumping CO2 which is a known greenhouse gas into the atmosphere.

From a scientific point of view it is an open and shut case

The sun is actually quiescent and has been since the 1980s. It is a minor negative forcing for global temperature yet STILL the globe is warming!
