He did speak out against Trump, what is against ethics and tradition.

You are more correct than my statement was regards Air Force One.

I disbelieve the 'was going there and gave hillary a lift' scenario.

It seems she was caught one on this one and still did not pay her fare

Reagan endorsed Bush, Clinton endorsed Gore, Bush endorsed McCain, Obama endorsed Hillary.

And all presidents actively campaigned and raised funds for their party candidates, except for one: George W Bush, who was requested to stay out of it.
