The arguments made in opposition presidents 'muslim ban' EO, are 1/ irrational and post truth, and 2/ ignore the completely reasoned and lawful basis for the 'muslim ban'.

I dont have to present a detailed legal argument. That has already been done before the courts who accepted that the bad was unconstitutional.
