The neck has been done.
Obviously the tits will have been done.
Let's face it, they've done the whole shebang.

So that Nancy - not Nancy with the Laughing Eyes, but Nancy with the Bionic Sensors - born when Thomas Edison was experimenting with tin cans and a piece of string, is able to hang on and hang on and hang on.
A success story of modern medicine and a failure of modern human intelligence.
