I'll say this again. What we have going on now is war! An undeclared war between the oligarchs and their minions and the US people. Of course it is never presented that way - never is.

The media are, by definition, going to have to connect with all the durr state people and they do this by presenting outrage, conspiracy theories, trying to incite the mob to get out the pitchforks. thats how they connect.

No, because the media only deal in scandal and doom and gossip and conspiracy theories. It wouldnt matter if trump did good or bad things, the media are only going to present the gossip, the wild accusations, the scandal...because thats the only thing that will get "fat steve" to engage.

You cant trust them to report anything like the truth.

seemingly intelligent people like yourself and longy are just being sucked into this system and you should ignore it (just like i would ignore media crap about obama being smuggled in from kenya). they are just playing you buddy.

So Nixon, Carter, Clinton, Bush II and Obama didn't run the gauntlet of bad press?

None of them (not even Nixon and that's saying something) was as thin-skinned as Trump. Is there noting he can let slide? He tweet-rants about Obama and wire-tapping, then not even an hour later, tweet-rants about Schwarzenegger and 'The Apprentice'.
