Funny you should say that I was just saying to my missus about an hour ago that generally fruit is cheap as chips in my opinion.

I've been really focusing on a healthy diet recently (I always eat well but I've notched it up a bit of late) and the cornerstone is brown rice and pulses. The healthier I eat the cheaper it gets!!

I got a 2 x 5kg bag of Australian brown rice for $6 the other day.
And pulses, they're practically free.

BTW, drop the fruit juice, it's basically just sugar and more than you need, even if it's 100% juice.  Just eat fruit.

Is this a supplement to your hamburger diet?

Yesterday you said I'm a meathead because I use a kettlebell at 6am and now you're back to me being an obese hamburger eater.

The only way to settle this is for you to take up my invitation to meet at 6am, Nth Bondi workout court. Are you game?

I must regretfully decline. I am not a homosexual.
