Songs don't have to mean anything, words with no meaning are often thrown in to lyriks because they rhyme.
Some chart topping songs are meaningless, examples, macarthurs park and that cake, A horse with no name and that desert, why even sing at all.

Will the crowds expect the same sort of lunatic dancing from Garrett

or will they be happy if he just sits on a chair & sings?

yeah, songs don't have to know anything but the only song that comes to mind that tells a story better than this one is Me and Bobby McGee ...

"Shine On You Crazy Diamond (I-V)"

Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Now there's a look in your eyes, like black holes in the sky.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
You were caught in the crossfire of childhood and stardom, blown on the steel breeze.
Come on you target for faraway laughter, come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine!

You reached for the secret too soon, you cried for the moon.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Threatened by shadows at night, and exposed in the light.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Well you wore out your welcome with random precision, rode on the steel breeze.
Come on you raver, you seer of visions, come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine!

start on at 7:18 for lyrics

Bob Dylan the noble literary prize winner last year had it sussed, just  talk away with a guitar about nothing, winner.
Parra Garrett is another winner, the song about a hole in the ground made him our minister for the environment, that went really well.

If that wasn't a case for not eating toadstools I don't know what is, catchy tune though.

An amazing song but the lyrics have such little meaning.

He should have done a few dances like that in parliament.

He basically did nothing when he had some political power.

Wrapped in sisalation foil and hooked up to a 415v 3 phase power outlet, that should provide some special effects.
Their is no business like show business.
