you need that one on one training and guidance and discipline because war is harsh.

well , guess what....life is pretty harsh too.

life is incredibly harsh , in fact and life is inherently unfair....just like war.

because the superior men , like yourself herbert and myself cannot help guide these poor wretched inferior citizens , they are left to just waft around in unfocused discontent and lower consciousness.

trump, as commander in chief, wants to mould them into an awesome fighting unit...we should support him in this.

the "chain of command" has been broken and this commenced about 60 years ago.

since then the levels of anxiety and depression , anger , fearfulness, discontent, apathy, nihilism and durrr state "surviving, not thriving behaviour" have gone up.

does this not say something about the "primal highway" and what is best for everyones "peace and harmony".

you seem to think this is me being "Ra Ra men".

its not.

i would much rather just get on with my work and my passions and let women lead. its hard and challenging work to "step up", but , as a male, i have had periods where i didnt "man up and lead" and you just get destroyed (at work and in personal relationships).

women and employees respond to a man who has a spine and offers a place of comfort by being manly , by having firm boundaries and being icy. they do not respond to the "weak sauce" model of a man presneted by most men nowadays.

I'd love to just sit on the couch and be 'fat steve" and go full durrr state for a while.
but i also recognise that, as a man, once you lose momentum, your f*cked and those around you are f*cked too.

but if you watch some of these "womens" shows in the mainstream media (the View for example) you will get an aura of "disdain and disgust ' for men.

We had a manager who used to occasionally come onto the floor to physically help us on the production lines, that is, until he was ordered by the union to hire a full-time worker to replace his occasional help, and NOT to help any more.

If he thought we needed help for being short of an extra hand - then it was up to him to employ another worker.

My most admired boss did just that!

Didnt interfere but was always available in a crisis to assist if he could,

the other one I had for a while who fortunately was passed over for promotion was more interested in sitting in his office with a lot of staff surrounding him espousing his theories like someone we know on here.
