I've read a few of the reports on the White House statement about Israeli settlement building this morning and it looks like another attempt by the MSM to fake the meaning of things.

It seems pretty clear to me the statement is saying two simple things:
1. The Trump govt will be working like its predecessors to create Arab-Israeli peace
2. There is however no possibility of going back to the pre-1967 borders and Israel building more houses on the land it now occupies is a fact of life.

Who sees the statement saying something different to that?
