Looking at the cars - it's an old photo. Not the greatest look, although I'm sure a few males would have looked twice.

HAHA........I couldn't see any driver and to be honest I thought the dog must have been sitting in the unpictured driver's lap......

Looks like its a right hand drive vehicle to me, so the dog is sitting in passenger seat..
