It is a phenomenom known as "peacocking".
The male peacock has rediculous plumage which , from a biological perspective, makes it far more vulnerable to being eaten by a predator.
but the plumage is very attractive to the pea hen.
Why?

Because it says that this male is so high status, so high value, that nothing can mess with him.
He is so cocky, so confident that he is just the boss dominator in this environment.

trumps hair is saying, in effect, "I'm the alpha, i dont give a f*ck about all you scrubs who are out to get me. I'm so dam cocky that "YOUR" approval or lack there of is just a joke to me.


To get back to why so many mediocre people hate trump.

Its just a rationalisation because its really a transference of their own "self hate" onto an outside source.

No man is cut from a different cloth.
What one man can do, we all can do.

These are true statements.

But the mediocre guy didnt 'step up".
Fat steve sat on the couch with his fat wife and just tried to cope thru life.
his mental "record" playing over and over in his brain was all about "me and my hard little life".
When fat steve sees a winner, his brain cant admire or aspire to winning. Its just too much effort.and so he has to hate the winner to preserve his own state, his highly rationalised mediocre state.

hatred of trump is no different to the mobs hatred of asian students who are top of the class and go onto university and success.
hatred of trump is no different to hatred of Adam goodes by the mob who cant handle a guy who worked his butt off to become an elite athlete.
hatred of all success stems from 'self loathing" and "the infinite ability of humans to rationalise their mediocre behaviours into a web of lies they tell themselves
