How does a 2011 delay by US Immigration in processing Iraqi visas after some were suspected by Congress of making IEDs in Iraq become an Obama ban on Muslim refugees? No bans, no orders or decrees by Obama - nothing to do with Obama at all. Iraqi refugee applications were briefly put on hold while those alleged to have set bombs targeting US troops could be identified.

Please, please tell me this. For once, let's unpack the facts. I know you can do it. I believe in you.
