That was not really my point which is that Trump is not the Sovereign Nation ~ United States of America, much as it is obvious, he wishes he was.  He is learning that he is not King and that he cannot just issue edicts as President and not have them challenged at Law.

It is a (targetted) Muslim ban.  To call it a terrorist ban is just rubbish.   What better proof do you need other than that Saudi Arabia (9/11) is not on the ban list.
