USA to prioritise persecuted minorities

Seems sensible to me.

Trump's order would require the government "to the extent permitted by law, to prioritise refugee claims made by individuals on the basis of religious-based persecution." Only people who are religious minorities in their countries would be eligible.

The International Monetary Fund said it wouldn't extend credit to the Australian government unless it treated it's political, religious, and cultural enemies as being just as welcome as Christians, and so ... a package-deal of 12,000 Muslims were hastily ushered in from the Middle East to be spread across Sydney's Western Suburbs.

That's my guess

The international finance organisations only lend money to countries whose politics fall into line with Far Leftwing liberal-progressive ideology. It's not simply handed out without reference to political and policy qualifications.
