Being we are discussing Civil Rights being preferentially defended in America, the most authoritative American definitions of Civil Rights from American sources, pertain to the Rights of Citizens.....not to non-citizens.
Illegals (short for illegal aliens), by definition, are not citizens, therefore they are not guaranteed "Civil Rights", as defined above, anywhere in America, or to anyone but American Citizens. Now, if you wish to define Civil Rights otherwise, then noting where the definition emanates from is particularly important, because, as we know some Countries enumerate the Rights of their citizens in their most Revered Documents & Laws, while other Countries seem reluctant to codify their Citizen's Rights .... possibly out of fear .......fear that their government's Supreme Monarchical Power over the people may be diminished, or even, God forbid, questioned. The worst thing of all is that you actually believe it. You are absolutely and unashamedly racist. You hold different rights and different vales for different ethnic groups. You are inherently and utterly racist. Worse, tstil, you are proud of that fact. I accept your white flag.....because rather than meaningfully & intellectually discussing the issues, you resort to name calling, a sure sign of your failure, especially when you're losing....losing bad....In poker it's called your "tell". 
The one thing that's obvious about Left Wing Progressives like yourself, verifiable facts, like those I quote, to your lot is like what holy water is to vampires! 
You think that I personally care what name you call me? Absolutely not.....You wish to call me a Racist, or a Bigot, or a homophobe, or a Xenophobe, or a Islamophobe, made up names....etc....etc.... feel free.....they've been bandied about so often by the extreme Left, that their original meanings have become totally unimportant, & have been rendered ineffectual.
The Trump victory has signaled to the World that Political Correctness is no more.....Political Correctness is dead, & calling people names no longer holds the power to claim victory, or a sense of personal moral superiority, in discussion as it once might have.
