Haha. You could apply that to any forum. Some people might get a thousand chances - others might only get one. The "rule" that applies to a particular individual doesn't have to be fair. It generally comes down to attitude and personality as to when and how a rule is applied.

Do any moderators here know the rules in full? Do any members know the rules or even care about them? Some people don't get away with anything - others get away with everything.

It's all up to the people who have some control.

mantra had sparta..lol..and one or two madmen to watch..... day and night...and a few were princesses who if she chastised them or changed a word on their post...they went ballistic...one even sulked and left until she was no longer the mod...hilarious...

fancy little mantra having that power..... Grin

Cods, there are very few posts over this entire Forum I don't read. I skip people like Yadda and Mr Horse and It is the Light et al because they post crap, but never personal abuse. But yer right, I do 'read' what is posted.

Aussie wasn't a member of Cracker. Just before it closed FD opened Ozpolitic and took over PA. Aussie was a member of the original PA. That's how some of us met him.

There are quite a few people who keep notes Cods. I can't see the sense in it, but if it gives a person some satisfaction - there is no harm in it.

It would be a hassle though searching through numerous files containing thousands of threads to find a post made in 2007?

thanks mantra I never heard of cracker accept on here....I just assume you all go back that far.. I was on yahoo but c ant remember anyone....certainly not any old scores to deal with..hahaha..

I had an aunt who would never let her husband forget anything he did...every argument up would come the past every little detail.. no body liked her.and her poor husband was so henpecked...

I cant stand people who spend their whole life waiting to get back for something....

I honestly think places like this encourage that type...

Insecure people maybe who need reassurance that they're always right? Then again who doesn't like being right. Rather than prove you're right to the point of hysteria - for the average person it's easier to walk away and let their victim believe that they were right for a change.

I feel sorry for henpecked husbands. People immediately point a finger at them and say how weak they are. They must have endured bullying from their parents and the kids at school - then end up marrying a bully to continue the process.

Then again - maybe they like it.
