Could this be the new SCOTUS appointee

Neil Gorsuch, 49 yr old Appeals Court Judge, very conservative black letter lawyer.
He could be there for 30 years.
A few more like that please Sir.

Know the enemies of a civil society by their public behaviour, by their fraudulent claim to be liberal-progressive, by their propensity to lie and, above all, by their attachment to authoritarianism.

Unfortunately he is against euthanasia, which needless to say in a democracy should obviously be a personal choice and not something attracting criminal charges and punishments.

His advocating for laws that effectively criminalise millions of people's free choice to retire from life early because of painful and distressing illness is quite definitely an abuse of people's personal freedom to chose how they want their life to end.

For this reason I can't support him as a good choice by Trump.

Nobody's perfect, not even you or I.
In this life you seldom get everything you want so you make compromises.

As long as he's an extremely strong supporter of the Peoples Second Amendment Rights, he gets my nod....being Conservative covers all the rest. Don't want any Progressives anywhere near the Supreme Court.....strict Constitutionalists, believing solely on the Framers Intent, should be the basis for choosing a SC justice. If I had a preference though I'd go to
Judge William H. Pryor Jr.

My preference would be for Judge Isaac C. Parker.

Maybe Democrats should just block any appointment for four years in payback for blocking Obama.

In a time of universal deceit — telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

No evidence whatsoever it can be attributed to George Orwell or Eric Arthur Blair (in fact the same guy)

If they could, I'm sure they would like to, but since the dEMOCRATS changed the law requiring only a simple majority vote to approve a Presidential SCOTUS appointment, they really don't have that option anymore (the Senate is in strong Republican control).....sort of like it came back to bite 'em in the ass....innit. ...
