A terrible Catch 22 situation for the police.

They terminated the car chase, in the interests of the public.

Subsequently, though, the prick goes on to kill at least three people.

And, as I said before, the police have confirmed they knew exactly who they were dealing with.

Not a terrorist, as Hammer, Red, Gordy, and BigHole said, but a violent thug with a history of criminal behaviour, drug problems, and mental issues.

That didn't stop Red, Hammer, Gordy, and BigHole from demonising all Muslims, though.

Low life scum.

Show me where I said he was a terrorist.

he THINKS thats what you said..

thats all that matters

I call him ozzie now.. he is so much like him

There was no chase ya dopey dim wit, he did quite a few donuts which is in on video with no police anywhere to be seen, he took off and ran people down shortly after, where are the videos of the police chasing him when he drove down the footpaths why are there no sirens in any of those videos?

If they know who he is they should name him.

Funny how little pecca doesn't believe the police when lefties are the criminals.

Why are you still here little pecca you said you made a bet you would leave this forum if Trump won the election, it's time for you to be a man and honour your bet, piss off from this forum like you said you would

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.

We need to pull together in these times of crisis. Three of us are dead. Let's share our compassion for their families, who are all in shock.

Just think, those people got up this morning for another normal day. This afternoon, they're no longer with us. And the lives of those injured will never be the same again.

I'll + 1 you on that.

I saw some footage of a guy who pulled out a baseball bat and took a few swings at the car when it was doing burnouts before it sped off and hit the pedestrians.

I'm thinking of that guy because in his head tonight he's either thinking he could have done more to stop the car, or his action was the final trigger. Either way, it's not his fault. Only one ct is to blame.

you got arab from that????

smacking dirty idiot.
That's a lebbo muppet. I've seen enough of them. Crawl back under your rock.

Could be lebanese. Could be Italian or Greek. I'll wait for confirmation.

Three people are dead, and at least four kids are in hospital.

Why are people arguing over this nut-job's nationality.

How is it in any way relevant?

20 people are in hospital. It will not be easy to recover from this sort of trauma. PTSD is common in these situations - this effects all people equally.

We all hope they get through this.

any news on a baby???... they mention children  but no baby was there one?????..

what excuse can this person have for such a deliberate act...its Hoddle Street all over again

a nightmare over WHAT????

throwing them in jail for the rest of their lives doesnt  bring anyone back does it?

Italian tourist Stefano Pavan said he thought that the man was yelling, “Allah Akbar” while he was doing burnouts on the corner of Flinders and Swanston street.
Mr Pavan said the man looked middle eastern and there was loud Arabic music blaring from his car.
“People were screaming because he was just going crazy,” he said.
“But it was like he was waiting for the police.”
Mr Pavan said the man was screaming and shouting and doing the burnouts close to where the horse drawn carriages are on Swanston Street.

Horrible, horrible tragedy.  In one of the scenes, you can actually see a baby's pram on the road, and a pram bit on the bonnet of the red car!!    Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

I am praying for the 3 months old baby.

What a horrible person!!

I think, it is very likely that he is high on ice, and may be delusional.  Lets hope this doesnt mean he is going to be found not guilty due to mental impairment and then get out in 2 years or something.   Angry Angry Angry Angry

You, Hammer, Red, BigHole: all jumped in shouting  "Muslims" ... "Terrorist!".

Pathetic.

No, Cods, justice does not bring the dead back to life. Nor does revenge or hateful words. That's why we all need to offer our love and assistance to the families if we can help.

We can, at the very least, honour their suffering. They will never be the same again.
