Trump IS the Constitution.

Incorrect, he is merely the highest office holder that must swear a Solemn Oath of Office:

Quote:
"I .............. do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The Oath is not to a Flag, Not to a Government, Not to any Person, Not to any Country......the Oath is to Preserve, Protect, & Defend the Constitution of the United States......period.....full stop.

IM glad you got that right. I was beginning to think all Trump supporters were actually PRO-dictatorship rather than simply supporting a potential candidate for the job.

I genuinely think Trump is pro constitution, pro just the parts that politically convenient.

now I know how Bill Clinton got away with being impeached......the SEX word wasnt in the constitution...

i guess all those old hillbillies that wrote it..

thought we would always  have men and maybe women with a conscience  morals and integrity..

shows how wrong they were.... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Exactly, being a immoral person has nothing to do with the constitution.

Clinton was.....  ....very popular.......

Slick Willy just had, & still has, the same affliction that his crusty-crotched, skank wife has, he never told the truth....he always lied like a rug.....& it was the reason he was impeached....for lying under oath to Congress & obstructing justice.....but he remained in office solely because 45 dEMOCRAT Senators acquitted him with the help of 10 Republicans. In order to Impeach they still would have had to gather a super majority (67 votes) instead of the 51 vote simple majority. He later admitted to both, lying under oath, & obstructing justice in a TV interview with his wife, ole crusty-crotch at his side.

If lying is so important to you then get ready for Trumps impeachment on the same offence coming in about 6 weeks time.

Has Trump lied under oath to Congress? If so, please provide us with your documentation, corroborating your unfounded claim, otherwise you're just blowing smoke rings out yer ass........a typical leftist trait
. Wink

If you've heard Trump speak you will realise that lying comes second nature to him and perhaps even first nature. It is only a matter of time before he lies to congress because that is what he does.

Ah, so you were just blowing smoke-rings....it's was all just made up, wishful thinking....nothing legitimate or remotely realistic. Thanks for the laugh. http://www.33sm.ml/smileys/lol015.gif

Since he is still. president-ELECT he cannot have 'lied in office'... yet. It was rather obvious that it was a prediction - or at least it was to intelligent readers.

at the moment I am quite happy with the way Trump speaks...he hasnt been programmed from being in some kind of glorified office for 30 odd years...

he is more honest more saying what he feels not what hes been programmed to say...like Hills... didnt stumble once...

I dont know about anyone else but I am hopin g hes a breath of fresh air...I am going to give him a chance at any rate and hope he comes through....

if not he wont last long.....but that goes the same with every new leader.....

who knows he might turn out to be a great leader maybe thats what they are frightened of??>..

"frightened" ?

What concerns most people is the fact that he doesn't pay tax, doesn't pay contractors, sexually assaults women, lies every time he opens his mouth, and is accused of raping, beating, and threatening to kill children.

Yeah, I suppose women and children have a good reason to be frightened.

No, pumpkin, I'm suggesting Peckerflea is deluded.

How so? Which part of this is false?

Quote:
Sexually abused women: fact

Doesn't pay tax: fact

Doesn't pay contractors: fact

Crooked, corrupt businessmanpig: fact

Mocked the disabled: fact

All unproven accusations.

More accurately sexually harassed women, though harassment can be considered abuse.

Didn't pay taxes for over 18 years, said it was because he was smart.

Has been taken to court numerous times for failing to pay contractors, most of which were settled out of court.

Crooked and corrupt... jury still out on that.

Mocked a disabled journalist on live television.

Would Trump be President if he said and did all the things on the campaign trail but was running as a Democrat?

Check American History......the Last President sworn under oath was Bill Clinton. How many decades do you have to go back to the previous President to be sworn under oath for Congressional Testimony???

I don't even think Nixon was?

And JFYI.....Nixon Wasn't Impeached.

Being that the House of Representatives, & the United States Senate are both securely in Republican hands, President Trump is even less likely to be sworn in for any testimony whatsoever.....History mate.......History. ...

JFYI.....Trump can lie up a storm in office if it ever occurred to him, but unless he's under sworn oath to Congress, there's no law offense whatsoever.  Wink
