It starts at 3 am Saturday morning our time though I think .
If I stay awake till then I won't be as sharp as if I set the alarm for 2.45 am sat morn.

That sort of hour I have found get up early, get a jump start on the day.
It bodes for a good day.

I found this when watching the Springboks play All Blacks in SA.
They'ld start about 2.30 am, finish 5 amish.
If I stay up for it i'ld be tiring as the game was progressing and the next day is not so good.

If I get up early I am sharp and focussed then off to a good day
