In rounded numbers, 137 million voted.

66 million voted for Clinton (the clear winner).

63 million voted for Trump.

So, 129 million voted for Clinton and Trump.

That means 8 million voted for neither.

i.e. they voted for Stein, Johnson, or one of the many other candidates.

Subsequently, you were wrong, as 8 million is less than 129 million, not more than.
