You haven't been reading the news from the US have you?

Don't look now but Trump has been putting together a team of professionals that will make him all but obsolete. It's his Chosen Few who will be running the show from the White House, with Trump himself being very much the intern and the apprentice.

If he gets in for a second term it will be then that he will flex his muscles and make a few insistent idiosyncratic demands of his Team America, but until then I believe he'll try to prove everyone wrong by keeping himself in check and not going off half-cock on anything.

I wonder what will define his presidency, and will he end up being the lame duck that Obama has been.

He has appointed a bunch of nasties, I gathered that. I christian fundy as Vice Prez.

I can only see a trade war, a war on science and a war—on somebody, if we are REALLY lucky it will be a war with Russia. Booby might get his LIA/nuclear winter then.

Let's break that sentence down, shall we.

Who are we talking about?

"voted for" - okay, you're talking about people who actually voted. No ambiguity there.

"neither" - okay, so not Trump and not Clinton. Again, no ambiguity.

So, you're talking about people who voted for Stein, Johnson, et al. as well as people who voted informally.

The total number of people who voted (which is the limited group you've described) is 137 million.

The total number of people who voted for Trump and Clinton is 129 million.

My maths makes that 8 million who voted for neither.

Looks like you got this one wrong.
