I am not sure what you are asking or how to even communicate with a person as uninformed as you. Both President Obama and Donald Trump have seen the report, Obama yesterday and Trump today. It is being shared with other high-ranking officials in the government. A declassified version will be made public soon. All versions come to the same conclusion. Naturally, Trump is downplaying the report because it makes him look bad. Russia is an enemy of the USA.
