Yeas he was, and just like anyone using a service, an introductory greeting like 'G'day,' at the start, and a polite "thanks" at the end of delivery of the service is simply good manners, is it not, cods?
there you go the GREAT aussie twist
we are not talking about that and you know it.
you claim a passenger has no right to treat the back of your cab like an OFFICE..
you claim its rude.. in 2017 its rude to use a phone...omg..
they do it at the dining table in my family...
they do it while being wheeled down for surgery they cant live without the buggers..
but dont whinge about anyone using one in the back of a cab..
I am sure James wants so rude he didnt say thankyou or keep the change!!!..
well you never know..
aussie you are squirming...this isnt about you and your taxi.. after all you put yourself out there and take money from all sorts of people and call yourself part of the service industry..
if you dont like people using a phone in your cab.. then you must put a sign up saying so..
I haven been in some doctors waiting rooms and they say PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR PHONE>>
how hard is that?
but dont expect passengers to read your mind in the year 2017...
I am not sure you would get many passengers if you did so..
its pretty arrogant after all..
but you seem set on being correct so go for it.
