there you go the GREAT aussie twist

we are not talking about that and you know it.

you claim a passenger has no right to treat the back of your cab like an OFFICE..

you claim its rude.. in 2017 its rude to use a phone...omg..

they do it at the dining table in my family...

they do it while being wheeled down for surgery  they cant live without the buggers..

but dont whinge about anyone using one in the back of a cab..

I am sure James wants so rude he didnt say thankyou or keep the change!!!..

well you never know..

aussie you are squirming...this isnt about you and your taxi.. after all you put yourself out there and take money from all sorts of people and call yourself part of the service industry..

if you dont like people using a phone in your cab.. then you must put a sign up saying so..

I haven been in some doctors waiting rooms and they say PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR PHONE>>

how hard is that?

but dont expect passengers to read your mind in the year 2017...

I am not sure you would get many passengers if you did so..

its pretty arrogant after all..

but you seem set on being correct so go for it.

"All?"

Cabbies will tell you pretty much the same thing about quite a few of our customers.

There are even these types:

Huge woman, morbidly obese, is currently likely to be black balled here by the local Cabbies, because TWICE now, in recent weeks, when she got in the Cab, she stank like a toilet, and after she left, the evidence she was using the Cab as one was on the seat she occupied.

Simple manners is all I ask for.

you are making that up.. I am sorry aussie you will say anything to justify what you have claimed..

anyone heard of James Hird by any chance.. Sad Sad

No, cods.  Read what I have been saying.

Quote:

All anyone need do is use their manners and not treat the bloke whose Cab it is and who is responsible for your safety as though he does not exist.

For example, when ever I grab a Maccas (at the drive through) for lunch when I'm driving the Cab, when I get to the place where you order, I am polite and greet her, tell her what the order is, pay, and then 'thanks.'  When I get to the place where they hand over the order, the same, 'G'day, and thanks.'

To do otherwise is rude, don't you reckon?

So...you expect Cabbies to put up with people bringing their shite stained clothing into their Cabs, and leaving the skid mark evidence on the seat they were using?

You can't be serious.

Do you have a point?  If so, make it.  Is is that there is a class structure, a tier system in Australia, and where, at some level, the use of manners is no longer desirable.

Let's all spit at Cabbies because they are Cabbies, ~ is that it?

I paid for my Maccas too cods, but I did not leave my manners somewhere else, and treat those whose service I paid for as though they were invisible.  I was polite to them, just like I hope you'd expect me to be.
