Donald Trump's election is a smoking ruin as Russian hacking and voting irregularities are exposed.
Is it possible that the electoral college could refuse to vote for Trump?

There are more concerns for voting security after the US election was run and won in November.
Donald Trump has abandoned the stew of Washington politics for the rest of the week just as another controversy begins to erupt – this time over “voting irregularities” in a key state he won at the November election.
Thousands of ballot papers are missing in the closely-fought Michigan count, which Mr Trump has officially carried by a margin of around 11,500 votes.
The news came on an otherwise benign day for the President-elect who welcomed confirmation of his victories in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania by election officials.
Michigan was one of the swing states that delivered the White House to Mr Trump even though every opinion poll in the month leading up to the November 8 election had opponent Hillary Clinton winning comfortably.
An official recount of votes was held in Michigan last month but many ballots cast in the Democratic stronghold of Detroit were not retabulated for legal reasons.
President-elect Donald Trump told to accept Russia hacked election
Under Michigan electoral laws, votes cannot be recounted in precincts where the number of ballot papers sitting in ballot boxes does not match the number of voters ticked off by election-day officials.
Election administrators detected such mismatches in more than 300 Michigan precincts – most of them in Detroit.
Michigan elections director Chris Thomas told The Detroit News that the mismatches also involved cases where electronic voting machines registered more votes than election workers had manually recorded.
“It is unusual when we open a ballot box and find 50 ballots where there should be 370,” he told the Detroit newspaper. “So, we’re going to look at those precincts.”
Mr Thomas rejected suggestions that Michigan now had a reputation for mis-counting votes at presidential elections.
“Obviously, there have been problems over the years – but I have seen great improvement – so we’re surprised,” he said. “We have not seen this in recent history.”
Russian hacking is a lie! More likely Seth Rich the murdered DNC worker leaked the emails to Wikileaks.
Comey to Trump: Russians Didn't Influence Election
In telephone conversations with Donald Trump,
FBI Director James Comey assured the president-elect there was no credible evidence that Russia influenced the outcome of the recent U.S. presidential election
by hacking the Democratic National Committee and the emails of John Podesta, the chairman of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
What’s more, Comey told Trump that
James Clapper, the director of National Intelligence, agreed with this FBI assessment.
The only member of the U.S. intelligence community who was ready to assert that the Russians sanctioned the hacking was John Brennan, the director of the CIA, according to sources who were briefed on Comey’s conversations with Trump.
"And Brennan takes his marching orders from President Obama," the sources quoted Comey as saying.
In Comey's view, the leaks to The New York Times and The Washington Post alleging that the Russians tried—and perhaps even succeeded—i
n tilting the election to Trump were a Democratic Party effort to delegitimize Trump’s victory.
During their phone conversations, Comey informed Trump that the FBI had been alert for the past year to the danger that the Russians would try to cause mischief during the U.S. presidential election.
However, whether the Russians did so remains an open question, Comey said, adding that it was just as likely that the hacking was done by people who had no direct connection to the Russian government.
"It's also unclear," the sources pointed out, "why Putin would have preferred dealing with Donald Trump, who has promised a major military buildup, over Hillary Clinton, who would have continued Barack Obama's cautious policies toward the Kremlin."
