When most world leaders deal with China they swallow a bucket load of Cream of sumyungai.

Trump is setting the agenda.

Rather, some believe, Trump's call with Tsai Ing-wen sends a much-needed signal to Beijing that the unquestioned protocols that allow it to launch a diplomatic protest over a simple phone call between two democratically elected leaders no longer apply.

He is cutting out of national security briefings. He is not having the briefings on foreign affairs. That doesnt concern you? Trump seems to think he can do what he wants when he wants to whomever he wants. That is not a good sign. And I assume you want a President that actually understands diplomacy?
