Correct.

Hillary won the popular vote, though.

America didn't get the President they voted for.

They did because they all understand their vote is under the college system and not a total count.

If the system was switched AFTER they voted your statement would be true.

Incorrect. They did not.

When they voted, they didn't say to themselves "I know I'm voting for Clinton, but I'm happy for the electoral college to ultimately give my vote to Trump".

They said "I'm voting for Clinton because that's who I want as POTUS".

As I said, Clinton won the popular vote, thus, America did not get the President they voted for.

This is an indisputable fact.

The only indisputable fact is that you're a goose.

Like 40,000 posts and about 4,000 of them were "Trump will never be POTUS"

How silly does that make you!

Their system is in place and has been like that for a long time. It could cause a bit of bias either way, and Americans know that.

So what they should be working towards is changing the system, not protesting against Trump.

Put it this way: If the system had helped out Clinton, would they have said anything, would they have protested?
If the answer is no, then it is hypocritical to protest now simply because they didn't get their own way.

I agree they should be writing an Amendment to the Constitution that effectively deletes & replaces the way Presidents have been elected for over 230 Years, get a 'Super Majority' of each Congressional House individually to also agree with any changes (majority votes don't cut it), then convince 3/4 of the 50 States (38 out of 50) that they've been doing it all wrong for 230+ years, & they must change how they do it to satisfy the American Malcontents & the rest of the civilized world.

Over the past 230+ years they have attempted to Amend the US Constitution over 1,400 times.......it's been successful 17 times.....Gods-speed.
